How do I convert a PDF to Word?

Choose PDF to Word, select a PDF in Files and start the conversion. Preview the resulting .docx, then save or share it. Your original file is unchanged. A compatible Word editor is needed to edit the output.

Can I convert scanned PDFs?

Yes. The app recognizes text in scanned PDF pages on your iPhone. Clear printed scans work best. Recognition can make mistakes, especially with handwriting, faint text, complex layouts and numbers. Always review the result.

Do my documents leave my phone?

All four conversions run locally. The app does not upload your files for conversion. Files you save or share go to your chosen destination; external file providers may use their own cloud storage. Purchases, analytics and crash reporting use separate online services, as explained in our privacy policy.

Why does conversion fail or change the layout?

A file may be damaged, password-protected, too large, contain unsupported Word features or have no recognizable text. Try a readable, unlocked copy and keep the original. Automated conversion can change layout and fonts; inspect tables, reading order and important numbers before sharing.

What does Pro include?

Weekly, annual and lifetime plans unlock conversion of your own documents with all four tools. There is no monthly cloud allowance. The paywall and Apple’s purchase confirmation show the current local price and any trial you are eligible for.

How do I restore or manage a purchase?

Use Settings → Restore purchases with the Apple Account used for the original purchase. Subscribers can open Settings → Manage subscription. You can also manage subscriptions in your Apple Account settings. For refunds, use Apple’s Report a Problem.

How do I delete my files?

Delete an entry from the library to remove the app’s copies. Settings → Delete my data clears local conversions and settings and requests deletion of the anonymous account. This does not cancel a subscription. See the privacy policy for service-data deletion requests.
