Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the apps and services operated by Worth A Try Co (“we”, “us”, “our”), including ReminderCall. By downloading or using our apps, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use them. Individual apps may have their own supplementary terms — see, for example, the ReminderCall terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EU/EEA) to use our apps. By using them, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

By providing your phone number and creating reminders, you represent that the number belongs to you (or that you are authorized to receive calls at it), and you consent to receiving automated reminder calls at that number at the times you schedule. If you opt in to SMS, you also consent to automated reminder text messages.

You will only receive calls and texts you set up. We do not send marketing calls.
You can stop them at any time by deleting the reminder, disabling SMS consent in Settings, or deleting your account.
Do not use ReminderCall to call or text anyone who has not consented. You are responsible for having that consent and for complying with the TCPA and other applicable laws.

SMS messaging program. If you opt in to texts (an explicit, off-by-default choice in the app), the ReminderCall messaging program sends: reminder texts and a backup text when a reminder call is missed; account and service notices (such as a subscription lapse); and occasional offers if you signed up but haven’t subscribed. Message frequency varies based on the reminders you set and your account activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time — you’ll receive one confirmation and then no further messages — and reply HELP, or email hello@worthatry.co, for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We never share your SMS opt-in or consent data with third parties for their marketing; see our Privacy Policy for how we handle your data.

3. Subscriptions

Some features require an active subscription. Subscriptions are billed through Apple in-app purchase and renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Manage or cancel anytime in iOS Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions. The exact price is always shown in the App Store before you confirm a purchase. We don’t offer refunds beyond Apple’s App Store refund policy — use Apple’s Report a Problem process.

4. Reliability disclaimer (important)

Do not rely on our apps as your only safeguard for anything where a missed reminder could cause harm — for example, life-critical medication or emergencies. Automated calls and texts depend on your carrier, network, device, and third-party infrastructure, any of which can delay or prevent delivery. We make no guarantee that a call or text will be delivered, delivered on time, or answered. Our apps are convenience tools, not medical, safety, or emergency services.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use our apps to place calls or texts to any number without the recipient’s consent; to harass, threaten, or deceive; to send unsolicited marketing or spam; or to violate the TCPA, TCR/10DLC rules, or any other applicable law. We may suspend or terminate access for misuse.

6. Intellectual property & third-party services

Our apps, including their design, code, and branding, are owned by Worth A Try Co and licensed to you for personal use on your own devices. The content you create is yours. Our apps rely on providers including Firebase (Google), a telephony provider, RevenueCat, and Mixpanel, whose terms and privacy policies also apply.

7. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The apps are provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Worth A Try Co will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from a missed, delayed, or undelivered call or text (see Section 4). Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $10, whichever is greater.

8. Changes, governing law & contact

We may update these Terms and will update the “Last updated” date above. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Questions?
