Terms of Service
Last updated: July 5, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the ReminderCall app (“App”), operated by Worth A Try Co (“we”, “us”, “our”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the App.
1. What ReminderCall is
ReminderCall is a reminder app that places automated phone calls (and, if you opt in, text messages) to your phone number at times you schedule, so an important reminder reaches you as an actual call instead of a notification you can swipe away.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EU/EEA) to use the App. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
3. Calling and messaging consent (please read)
By providing your phone number and creating reminders, you represent that the number belongs to you (or that you are authorized to receive calls at it), and you consent to receiving automated reminder calls at that number at the times you schedule. If you opt in to SMS, you also consent to automated reminder text messages. Message and data rates may apply.
- You will only receive calls and texts you set up. ReminderCall does not send marketing calls or texts.
- You can stop them at any time by deleting the reminder, disabling SMS consent in settings, or deleting your account.
- Do not use ReminderCall to call or text anyone who has not consented. Set up reminders only for your own number, or a number whose owner has agreed to receive them. You are responsible for having that consent, and for complying with the TCPA and any other laws that apply to automated calls and texts.
4. Your subscription
ReminderCall requires an active subscription to schedule and receive reminder calls.
Available plans:
- Yearly: $149 per year
- Monthly: $24.99 per month
Subscriptions are billed through Apple in-app purchase and renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Manage or cancel anytime in your iOS Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions. We don’t offer refunds beyond what Apple’s App Store refund policy provides — use Apple’s Report a Problem process. We may change prices with advance notice; changes apply only to renewals after you’ve been notified.
5. Reliability disclaimer (important)
Do not rely on ReminderCall as your only safeguard for anything where a missed reminder could cause harm — for example, life-critical medication, medical treatment, or emergency situations. Automated phone calls depend on your carrier, network conditions, your device, and third-party telephony infrastructure, any of which can delay or prevent a call. We make no guarantee that a call or text will be delivered, delivered on time, or answered. ReminderCall is a convenience tool, not a medical, safety, or emergency service.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use ReminderCall to:
- Place calls or texts to any number without the consent of the person who receives them.
- Harass, threaten, or deceive anyone.
- Send unsolicited marketing or spam.
- Violate the TCPA, TCR/10DLC rules, or any other law governing automated calls and messages.
- Interfere with or attempt to circumvent the App’s security or rate limits.
We may suspend or terminate access for misuse.
7. Intellectual property
The App, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by Worth A Try Co. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on your personal iOS devices, subject to these Terms. The reminders you create are yours.
8. Third-party services
The App relies on Firebase (Google), a telephony provider, RevenueCat, and Mixpanel. Your use of the service through these providers is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for those services’ availability or conduct.
9. Disclaimers
The App is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We may update, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time. See Section 5 regarding call delivery — we do not guarantee it.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Worth A Try Co and its affiliates, officers, and employees will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from a missed, delayed, or undelivered call or text (see Section 5). Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $10, whichever is greater. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so some of the above may not apply to you.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time and will update the “Last updated” date at the top. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute that can’t be resolved informally will be subject to binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association’s Consumer Arbitration Rules, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction. If you’re in the EU/EEA, nothing here limits mandatory consumer-protection rights under local law.
