Common questions

How do I set up a reminder call? Open ReminderCall, create a reminder with a title and message, pick the date/time and how often it repeats (one-time, days of the week, monthly, or yearly). At that time, ReminderCall places a phone call to your number and reads your message.

I’m not receiving my calls. Check that your phone number is correct in the app, that the reminder is active, and that your carrier isn’t blocking automated calls. If it still doesn’t work, email us with your number’s country and carrier and we’ll investigate.

How do I stop calls or texts? Delete the reminder, turn off SMS consent in settings, or delete your account. You only ever receive the reminders you set up.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription? Subscriptions are handled by Apple: open iOS Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → ReminderCall. For refunds, use Apple’s Report a Problem.

Can I set up reminders for a family member? Yes, as long as the person receiving the calls has agreed to receive them. See the terms.

Delete your account

To delete your account and all associated data (phone number, profile, reminders), email hello@worthatry.co from the app or with your account phone number and we’ll remove it.
