Terms of Use
Last updated: October 9, 2026
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern Migraine Tracker: Doctor Diary (“App”), operated by Worth A Try LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the App you agree to these Terms.
1. What the App does
The App is a diary for migraines and headaches on iPhone and iPad. You can record attacks as they happen or afterwards, with pain from 0 to 10, where it hurt, symptoms, suspected triggers, medication doses and notes; record a daily check-in; see counts of what you recorded; make a PDF report for a date range to save, share or print; export your attacks and check-ins as a spreadsheet; and set local reminders. Your diary is stored on your device. See our privacy policy for the services the App uses for purchases, analytics and crash reports.
2. A record, not medical advice
The App records what you enter. It does not diagnose conditions, predict attacks or recommend treatment, and nothing in it is medical advice. Its counts, charts and reports reflect only what was logged, and every report says so: “Recorded by the patient in Migraine Tracker. Not a diagnosis. Counts reflect what was logged.” Suspected triggers are counted as you record them; a count is not a finding that something causes your attacks. Discuss your headaches and your medicines with a healthcare professional.
You are responsible for what you enter and for the decisions you make about your health. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Worth A Try LLC is not liable for decisions made using the App or its reports.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old, or 16 in the EU/EEA, to use the App.
4. Purchases and subscriptions
After the first-run setup, using the App requires access through an auto-renewing weekly subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase. Both unlock the same features.
- Available plans, local prices and billing periods are shown before purchase. Apple confirms the transaction and charges your Apple Account.
- Weekly subscription: payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. The subscription renews automatically each week unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for the renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends.
- Lifetime purchase: a one-time, non-consumable purchase of access in this App. It does not renew. The App may offer lifetime access at a discounted one-time price; its price is shown before purchase. Lifetime access does not promise perpetual compatibility with future devices or operating systems.
- Manage or cancel a subscription on your iPhone or iPad in Settings → your name → Subscriptions, or in the App through Settings → Manage subscription. Restore purchases with Settings → Restore purchases in the App, or Restore purchases on the plans screen, using the same Apple Account.
- Deleting the App or its data does not cancel a subscription. Refund requests are handled by Apple at Report a Problem.
Purchases and restores need a connection to Apple’s and RevenueCat’s services.
5. Apple’s Standard EULA
The App is licensed to you through the App Store under Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (“Standard EULA”). These Terms add to the Standard EULA. If they conflict, the Standard EULA governs your license to use the App.
6. Your diary and data
You own what you enter. Your diary stays on your device and is included in your device’s iCloud or computer backup when backups are on; we cannot see or recover it, and deleting the App deletes it from the device. Keep a backup, or export your data, if you want to keep it: the App is not a backup service.
7. Availability
Features and compatibility may change as the App and iOS evolve. We aim to keep the App reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free results.
8. Disclaimer and liability
The App is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including any warranty that the App or its counts are accurate or fit for a particular purpose, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, or any amount exceeding what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. These Terms do not limit rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms and the date above. Questions: Worth A Try LLC, support@worthatry.co. For help with the App, see Support.
